• I want to change the date/time on my ticket. It's possible?
    Yes, if you want to change information on your online ticket, you should contact the Get Bus support team by email info@getbus.eu or by phone +351 253 262 371. Ticket revalidation can only be done once. If the ticket was purchased at the ticket office, you must go to the counter of the respective Bus Station where the ticket was purchased.
  • I bought a ticket but I no longer want to travel with Get Bus. Can I be refunded?
    Yes, we do the refund.

    According to portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 Article 15, the return of tickets has an associated cost of:
                Up to 14€ - 1€
               + 14€ - 2€

    The amount will be debited from the amount to be refund.

    For transfers outside the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland there is an associated cost of €18.
  • Are all Get Bus buses identified?

    Yes, all buses operated by Get Bus are duly identified with a plate positioned at the front of the bus, identifying the company and the destination.

  • Does the bus make stops along the way?
    No, the bus leaves directly from bus station to Porto Airport, and vice versa.
  • What is the baggage allowance per passenger?
    Free transportation of two luggage up to 32 kg gross weight, one carry-on bag and one small bag/suitcase per passenger is allowed. If your luggage exceeds these limits, a fee may be charged by the driver at the time of boarding.
  • Is it mandatory to print the ticket online?
    No, the online ticket can be presented in digital format through the screen of electronic devices (tablet, smartphone or laptop) or printed.
  • Where can I buy ticket?
    You can purchase your ticket in advance through our website or at one of our counters located at the Bus Stations in Braga, Guimarães and Porto. You can also buy the ticket from the bus driver.
  • Is it mandatory to purchase a ticket in advance?
    It is not mandatory to purchase the ticket in advance, however we advise you to do so for the 4:00 am time departure.
  • Does the bus wait for ticketed passengers?
    In order not to compromise the service, the bus cannot wait after the time indicated by passengers with a ticket. However, the ticket can be used at the next time slot at no additional cost.
  • Can I travel with my pet by my side?
    Your pet can travel with you, inside the passenger compartment of the bus, as long as it is packed in an appropriate carrier. With the exception of available seats, they cannot occupy a seat intended for passengers and must be accommodated at their feet.
